Jr. High presents an annual musical production by 6th  - 8th grade students.  The Sr. High Musical production is performed in the spring with a full cast, pit orchestra, backstage crew opportunities including stage management.  Peter Klemp (music department chair) and Jim McKain direct the show.  Recent shows include Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Les Miserables, Anything Goes and The Addams Family.

Play Production (NSAA activity) is directed by Chase Winter.  Concordia won the Class B State Play Production Championship in 2019.

Speech Team (NSAA activity) is coached by Alli Hawk.
